4.5 cm2bet reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration at its reasonable discretion, including where fraudulent intent is suspected or where a User is found to have provided false registration data.
5.1 cm2bet supports a range of MYR payment methods for Malaysian users, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and internet banking transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits, including USDT TRC20, may also be available.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Users should verify current limits within the cashier section of their Account before initiating a transfer.
5.3 cm2bet does not accept deposits originating from third-party accounts, credit facilities not owned by the registered User, or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

12.4 cm2bet shall not be liable for delays, failures or interruptions to service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, network outages, payment processor failures or cyber-attacks.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13.2 Where changes to these Terms are material — such as those affecting bonus policy, withdrawal procedures or Account eligibility — cm2bet will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
